The Keurig B40 Elite Gourmet Single Cup Home Brewing System has a sophisticated minimalist design that would fit anywhere in your kitchen or office. It comes with a removable 48 oz. water reservoir made of clear plastic allowing the user to check the water level easily.

There are two brewing size options to choose from: 7.25oz and 9.25 oz., and the unit can brew approximately five cups of coffee without having to refill the tank after every brew. This machine pre-heats for three minutes and brews coffee in less that a minute at 197 degrees Fahrenheit.

It has five LED indicators. One indicates that water has to be added when the water level is low or when the reservoir is not fastened securely. Another indicates when the machine is warming up, there’s also the descale indicator that signals when descaling is needed. It also has a power indicator and an automatic shut off indicator. The unit turns off by itself two hours after the last use.

This coffee machine has a one brew button that self-deactivates in 60 seconds once the brewing process has started. Another good feature of this product is the removable plastic drip tray that is easy to clean and dishwasher-safe.

As with any Keurig brewers, the Keurig B40 uses K-Cups so there’s no need to grind coffee beans or scoop and measure ground coffee. The unit comes with a pack of 18 samples of different K-Cups gourmet coffee and tea. The Keurig B40 together with K-Cups lets you enjoy gourmet coffee leisurely.
